Custom Electric and Pneumatic Tool RFQ Checklist
What an engineering supplier needs to evaluate a custom production tool request.
Document the operation
Describe the part, fastening or joining action, working angle, available space and operator sequence. Photos and short videos are useful when they do not contain restricted information.
Provide utility and line constraints
State whether electric or pneumatic power is preferred, the available supply, duty cycle, target output and integration constraints.
Agree on validation
Define the sample, acceptance criteria, trial location and documentation expected before the project begins.
